Supra Boats @Supra_Boats welcome's the Georgia raised wake surfing Wolfe sisters to Team Supra Boats #TeamSupraBoats. Taylor and Jordan will now be shredding the Supra Swellbehind Supra Boats.
At 15 and 12 years old respectively, these young girls from Georgia, have been racking-up boat loads of accomplishments in the world of wake surfing. As their skills and riding careers progress so has their choice in wakeboard boats. Taylor and Jordan started sharpening their skills behind their 2008 Moomba Outback V and then their 2012 Moomba Mojo. Just like they relentlessly push their riding, Taylor and Jordan have gone to “Where passion meets precision” with a tow boat sponsor focused as much on refinement and as wake performance, Supra Boats. Look for more big things from Taylor and Jordan on the water behind their 2015 Supra boat.
We asked Taylor aka "T-Bird and Jordan aka "JJ" when they started surfing?
"Friends of ours introduced our family to wake surfing at a party we had at the lake in 2011. I liked it better than wakeboarding and began riding as much as possible. Soon our entire family caught the wake surf bug. My parents entered me in my first competition in June of 2012. It was the The Wakesurf Nationals in Orlando, FL. The event was great and it was a great experience meeting the other riders. They were all super supportive of me and it was awesome to hear them all cheer for me when I pulled off my first 360. I am excited for the upcoming season and am looking forward to competing in as many events as possible."
"My family started to enjoy the lake life when I was around 3 yrs old. We would visit our friend’s lake house and had so much fun that my parents ended up buying a place on the same lake. I loved being out on the water doing all the water sports. Each year, I would try something new and went from tubing to water skiing, to slalom skiing and then got on the wakeboard and surfboard. I first tried wake surfing at the end of the 2011 season and was hooked. I kept working on my riding and entered my first event, The Wakesurf Nationals, in 2012. I am thankful for the opportunity to have met so many awesome people through wake surfing. The pro riders are great to be around and to learn from"

When we asked Rick Tinker, President of Skier’s Choice, the manufacturer of Supra boats, about the Wolfe sisters and their new place on Supra’s Surf Team, he responded this way, “We’re not just about associating with pro riders once they’ve made it. We feel it is just as important to support riders like Taylor and Jordan who give it all they’ve got to get to the pro and outlaw level. We couldn’t be more pleased they chose to join our team.”
