It has long been a Texas tradition to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with BBQ’s, backyard games and Margaritas, and this year’s Pro-Am being held in Corpus Christi, TX will hold true to that tradition. Surf legends, SUP vendors, and Sand Bars with live music will line the canal providing autographs, demos and libations for the thousands of athletes, competitors and spectators that are expected at this event.

Surf, Paddle, Pitch and Spike are the headlines surrounding the available competitions. There will be ocean noseriding competitions, 5k and Elite SUP races, beach horseshoes and beach volleyball matches to watch or take part in all morning on Saturday May 7th. Then everyone packs the streets for music venues, great food, shopping and loosening their inhibitions. There will be a BBQ breakfast, drinks & swag, and "live bands" during the welcome/sign-up party, the competition, and the awards ceremonies.

All Participants will also receive a custom Cinco de Mayo Pro T-Shirt and FREE FOOD Friday & Saturday night. Cash Purse & Trophies will be awarded for 1st thru 3rd with a swag bag for 4th place. If you have the means to make it, this South Texas Event will certainly be worth the trip!
